Cornhole Registration

About the Tournament

• Tournament:  This is a 2-person team, double-elimination tournament after 4 Rounds of Round Robin. There will be 2 brackets at the conclusion of Round Robin with the top half going to A Bracket and bottom half going to a B bracket.
• Awards: Cash prizes for the Top Bracket and prizes to the Bottom Bracket!
• Team Fee: $40 Non-refundable Entry per 2-person team
• Date/Time: During Rose Hill Fall Festival, Saturday, October 9 – Registration/Check-in at 1 PM, Bags Fly at 2 PM
• Location: Rose Hill District Stadium – 610 N Rose Hill Rd, Rose Hill, KS 67133

How Scoring Works

• Each bag on the box = 1 point
• Each bag in the hole = 3 points
• Any bags touching the ground or “bounced” onto the box do not count and are to be removed prior to the next bag being thrown by the opposing team.
• Total points for each team are calculated using only those points that were not canceled out.

Scoring Example:

• Team 1 throws 1 bag in the hole and 3 bags land on the box for a total of 6 points;
• Team 2 throws 1 bag in the hole and 2 bags land on the box for a total of 5 points;
• Then Team 1 receives 1 point for that round.

The team who scores last will have the first throw of the next round. The 1st team to score 21 points or more will be declared the winner. A tie will require extra innings until a winner is decided. No whitewashes permitted, all games go to 21 or more to win.
